Culinary Clarity

Restaurant 141 at Alpenresort Schwarz on the Mieminger Plateau is a gourmet restaurant for around 20 guests. Since spring 2024, Chef Joachim Jaud has been leading his culinary concept here: Clarity in product and technique.

Austrian cuisine forms the foundation of his creations, refined by Japanese precision and French finesse. Joachim's signature was shaped by stages with the Winkler brothers, Heinz Reitbauer, Christian Bau and Christian Jürgens – a school that today reflects in 2 Michelin Stars and 4 Gault&Millau Toques in Tyrol.

At 141, alpine roots meet cosmopolitan culinary art – Fine Dining on the Mieminger Plateau.
